It Will Take About 80 Hours to Complete a Diablo 4 Battle Pass

Diablo 4

In an interview with PC Gamer, it has been revealed how long it’s likely to take Diablo 4 players to complete a season’s battle pass.

“Right now, the battle pass, when you’re figuring in completing the season journey alongside doing other content in the game, you’re looking at roughly 80 hours worth of time invested to complete the entirety of the battle pass,” states Joseph Piepiora, Associate Game Director on Diablo 4.

That may sound like a lot of time, but with each Diablo 4 season expected to last 3 months, it’ll soon rack up. What’s perhaps more surprising is that players aren’t expected to reach the max level in that time, with Piepiora adding “To level a character to level 100 could take a little longer than that based on how you play.”

Of course, completing the Battle Pass will be optional in Diablo 4. You don’t even have to engage with the game’s endgame activities if you don’t want to. But with both a paid and free Battle Pass available each season, those spending time with the game may as well see what goodies they offer.

The free Battle Pass is set to reward players with bonuses such as XP boosts, helping them as they may their way through the season. The paid Battle Pass, however, will offer a range of cosmetics. So, if you want to slay enemies while looking your best, you might want to invest.

Having discovered the dark world of Diablo as a youngster, Richard has since lost thousands of hours slaying demons and picking up sweet loot. He wouldn't have it any other way though.
